A nylon bag with fine mesh sides and a coarse mesh bottom. The fine sides and coarse bottom all for any sparging water to move through the grain and out the bottom of the bag. This will improve effiency when compared to other bags that do not have the coarse bottom. In all grain brewing, you want to make sure the water doesn't simply wash over the top of the grains.
