Description Kolsch is a crisp, clean, easy drinking ales. It has straw yellow hue similar to a pilsner, but is less hoppy, a bit sweeter and uses pale malts and a small amount of wheat. OG 1.042-1.046 ABV: 4.25%-4.75% IBUs: 17-21
