With a counter pressure bottle filler a brewer can bottle beer from a keg with improved control over foam and pressure. This also helps decrease oxygen pickup during bottling. This filler is adjustable for different size bottles and has both stainless steel and brass parts. Includes food grade vinyl tubing and air line tee. This product requires a CO2 tank and regulator.
This is a fairly basic device for filling bottles with a slight back pressure to keep the carbonation. Purge the bottle with C02, close the left valve, open the right valve, loosen the middle valve and fill the bottle. There is a video on YouTube with a similar device. After a couple tries i was able to bottle and cap fairly quickly. I think maybe an hour for a case of mead into 12 oz bottles. I tried previously with a filler wand and lost almost all of the CO2. This kept the carbonation well.
This is the way to bottle. I've looked at the one's that have only one valve but they leek in the off position. Be sure to order clamps and Quick Disconnects
