Complete 12" Stainless Steel False Bottom with Weldless Valve (Igloo & Rubbermaid)

For 10 gallon round beverage containers, like Rubbermaid coolers. The nipple is longer on this set up and is designed to work with coolers made by Rubbermaid. This false bottom is made from stainless steel and includes the tubing and the weldless valve.  This item is ready to use.

If you have an Igloo brand cooler please click this hyperlink.  Igloo Cooler Set Up    Comes with 1/2" 304 SS ballvalve, SS bulkhead for cooler with 3/8" back nipple of 3/8" silicone tubing connection to false bottom.  Front nipple (outside of mash tun) is 1/2" mpt x 1/2" barb, SS.

    just did my first brew on 6/13/20 worked great no issues with the false bottom. quality design and parts equal rel;axing brew days. can not wait to brew again!!

    Everything went together fine! Didn't come with Teflon tape, that would be the only thing you may still need. Otherwise, it worked flawlessly. First brew using the new false bottom cooler was great. Assembly was pretty self evident.

    Was trying to build a mash tun on the cheap. This product combo was much cheaper than building on my own from pieces/parts and took all the guess work out of it. I would say that 12" is tight in the igloo and 10-11" would have probably sufficed, but works great as is.

    Probably not going to find it cheaper anywhere. Good quality fb and ball valve.
