This hose adapter is used to convert your sink faucet to the garden hose threads needed for the blast bottle washers or with an immersion coil. The adapter use the standard dishwasher thread. Complete with washer. 15/16" - 27 thread male exterior and 13/16" female interior x 3/4" male hose thread.
The adapter threaded in fine, but even when I tighten is as far as it will go, the connection does not seal, so there is water leaking while I am washing bottles. I had to keep the pressure lower than I would have preferred so that water did not spray all over my kitchen. I was able to use it, and it did connect fine, but may need one more rubber gasket, or thicker ones.
The adapter is well made, however, the grommet that fits between the faucet and adapter itself completely fell out and was too loose to stay in. It ended up going down my sink and I will have to replace it.
