When we mostly brew in 5 gallon batches and we mostly get about 55-58 bottles of beer...this needs at least 1 more sets of bottle holders to be just right! I know they make it in 81-and 90 bottle sizes, but 54 or 63 would be perfect.
the vinator they sell doesn't fit on top, which causes lot of dripping on your counters. I machined an adapter out PVC pipe, but the average person can't do that.
