Copper Chiller with Recirculation Arm

Tired of stirring your wort chiller to speed up the cooling process? Recirculation is the answer! The WC45A is our WC45 Superchiller with a recirculation arm soldered directly to it. This recirculation arm is also equipped with a 1/2" FPT fitting to accommodate a barb, nipple, or quick disconnect fitting for easier and more customized connections. Water inlet is 3/4" female garden hose thread; Water outlet is 3/4" female garden hose thread.

Estimated dimensions are:

10" Diameter
11.5" To the top coil
23.5" To the bend that goes over the kettle lip

    Fittings not as described

    Have not used yet but seems well built. Only complaint is that the fittings are not as described. I bought garden hose barb fittings to attach hoses, but the won't work because the fittings welded to chiller are not compliant.

    I have been shopping searching for a wort chiller for too long. I kept bouncing around between 3/8" vs 1/2" and 25' vs 50'; weighing the price value. I currently do 5 gallon batches, but who knows if that might change soon. I also looked at the fittings and saw how expensive they could be at some shops. So I stumbled across this chiller that gave me all I wanted and more.
    It is 50' long tubing that is 1/2" diameter with soldered fittings. For a bonus it has a recirculation tube as well! I was hesitant to see what I was getting when the box arrived. It appeared a little banged up, so I quickly opened it and found a very sturdy and in perfect condition chiller. This is a formidable chiller compared to the 25' long 3/8" chillers I have seen in stores on the cheap. The price for this was very competitive and I have no second thoughts about my decision. I don't really need one this big, but I have something to grow with and I can use for a very long time. The size will obviously chill 5 gals much quicker as well. Very Happy!!!
